Myspace vs. Facebook?

just wondering what the main differences are betwween the two in regards to the layout features. (from my understanding myspace is more creative) Is a myspace profile similar to that of facebook or are they completely different? how so?

Myspace vs. Facebook?
Myspace-you can design your own page-be as creative as you want. Facebook-you can't design your own page-everyone has the same layout. Facebook- have tons of new applications (i.e.-fantasy sports, movie trivia, super walls etc). Facebook-you have the ability to share photos with people that are in the photo by "tagging" them. Myspace-you can't do that. They both have walls where people can write on your page where it is visible to all users. You can set your profile to private where only your friends can view your profile (myspace and fbook)...tons more of differences and similarities. I prefer them both because some of my friends that aren't on fbook are on myspace and vice versa and they both have different purposes. It's your preference.
Reply:Well... ... In short- myspace doesn't have game applications unlike facebook.





Facebook can easily make you pass time with the games before you know it, especially in office enivronment.





It's way good and also some games you can join you friends. So for least, you wouldn't feel bored.
Reply:Extremely different, you cannot change your background on Facebook, or do much except add applications. You cannot bring in your own stuff.





I have both and like both because they are different.

1) Allows you to customize your profile (layout, colors, etc.), Facebook doesn't


2) Very strong on the whole bands thing





That's pretty much it for MySpace, only things it has which Facebook doesn't. As for Facebook:





1) Applications (allows 3rd parties to make addons for Facebook)


2) Networks (schools, jobs, etc.)


3) A lot easier to use and navigate than MySpace


4) News feed (know what your friends are up to)

Reply:I prefer Bebo over both of them. But Facebook %26gt; MySpace. MySpace is a very poorly designed website with no flow what-so-ever. I hope they get a good web designer in sometime to fix it up, because for such a large site, it really needs a make-over.
Reply:NONE, dont waste ur time in the front of a computer screen, there is a reason the phone was invented, if you want to contact somoone use ur phone or meet in person, dont waster hours of life looking at pictures on front of a computer screen
