Is there anyway i can put or make a layout for facebook?
no, facebook is totally 100% html impaired :(
just personalize your profile by adding alot of applications (free gifts, where i've been, honesty box, graffiti wall, etc)
you can get those applications by looking through friend's profiles and then adding something that you like from there.
it's free.
