You can't actually change the colours or themes of Facebook, but you can move your information windows such as your wall, your personal information around.





Just drag and drop.





In addition, you can add and remove addons and apps to your facebook to enhance the appearance.

No. However the new facebook applications let you personalize your page more. If you browse the applications you might find some that you like.
