Can you change your layout on Facebook like you can on Myspace?

I just got a facebook, and I was wondering if you could change the layout like you can on myspace?

Can you change your layout on Facebook like you can on Myspace?
Only to an extent, you can't change the backgrounds and use programming and stuff like on mySpace.

Reply:No you cant add a layout....... The only thing you can do is Hide certain sections on your page.......
Reply:No you can't have a layout but you can add an application that allows you to put HTML like photos/graphics/etc in a box on your page. You can move around your layout to a certain extent but you can add top friends application to make it more "myspacey"
Reply:not the whole background if u have top friends application then u can add a layout but u cant add a whole backgroud to the entire page
