There is no way to get any layouts but there are two applications that may help you. One lets you put music on your page but it does not start automatically. The other one is called the super wall and it allows you and friends to put different things up on it. Its only on a section of your page though. Have fun! :-)
Does anyone know how to get colored layouts and songs for facebook?
If you use Firefox, you can get the Greasemonkey add-on and then go to userscripts.org. Search "facebook" and you'll see lots of scripts that let you change the page colors. Note that this will only appear on your computer; no one else will see it.
There are plenty of applications that let you do music, browse through them.

Reply:Well don't think you can change the layout but there is an application called ILike that lets u add music and videos on ur profile..only one at the time though..lol still better than nothing i do like it :)
